About the role

As the HR Lead in our organization, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and driving our company culture forward. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by nurturing our most valuable asset – our people. If you're a strategic thinker, but also not afraid to roll-up your sleeves, we encourage you to apply and be part of our energetic team. You will manage the HR team (2 fte) and the facilities team (2 fte) and will report to the CFO.


What you will do

  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with leadership team to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support them. Develop and implement a people strategy.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, conflict resolution, sickness and employee development.
  • Recruitment: Make sure we have the strategy to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, ensuring a diverse and inclusive hiring process
  • Performance Management: Manage performance evaluation cycles, coach managers on giving constructive feedback, and support the development of individual and team performance improvement plans.
  • Culture & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs, initiate learning activities, and facilitate workshops to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Compensation & Benefits:  Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages that attract and retain talent. 
  • HR Reporting and Analysis: Generate HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide insights for data-driven decision-making to support organizational goals.
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • HR Trends: Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices in the e-commerce industry, and actively contribute to the enhancement of HR processes and initiatives
  • Manage HR budget: Create and manage a yearly HR budget.
  • Change Management: Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, mergers and acquisitions, and other business transformations, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • People management: Coach and manage the HR advisor and intern (2 fte) and facilities team (2 fte)

Vereisten

You recognize yourself in this

  • A completed HBO/WO education
  • At least 6 years of experience as an all-round HR consultant or HR Business partner
  • Experience with HR for a warehouse
  • Experience with AFAS
  • Knowledge of Dutch HR regulations and legislation
  • Good communication in Dutch and English
  • Structured way of working with an eye for detail

  • Scale-up mindset; you have a strong drive to make things better
  • You are available 24 - 40 hour
