We are looking for a driven, dynamic and result oriented Logistics Manager (Interim) to lead the fonQ warehouse in Utrecht (Open Monday – Friday + Sunday).
As a Logistics Manager you are responsible for the fonQ warehouse, managing the three main groups within logistics, namely Inbound, Outbound (including on trucks) and Returns. You ensure continuous improvement of logistics processes in line with developments in the market, the most optimal qualitative and quantitative utilization of the logistics departments and the achievement of set logistics KPIs.
Under your direct leadership are 6 team leads and 1 driver. In addition, you interact daily with commercial and operational managers to fulfill the agreements made with partners and customers.

What are you going to do?
- Oversee daily operations to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
- Ensure warehouse operates efficiently meeting specific KPIs and targets.
- You work on continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
- With your vision and approach you contribute to a workplace where everyone works with pride and pleasure. You also provide coaching and development to your team leaders
- You ensure optimal use of materials and resources within the budget, and you also use data analyses
Vereisten
Are you the Logistics Manager we are looking for?
- You have completed a logistics HBO education
- You have supplemented this with a number of years of relevant logistics work experience, preferably in a ecommerce retailers with both parcels and XL goods.
- You have several years of management experience with larger groups of employees
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- You are also a proven coach in the field of talent and performance management
- You are very systematic in thinking and acting and can switch and think at multiple levels at the same time
