Teamlead Logistics - Day Shift (ENG)

About the role

You lead a team (returns) of 6-10 employees and you work day shifts or evening shifts, you will also work Sundays twice a month.. You coach and motivate your team and you make adjustments to achieve your team's objectives. You provide honest and clear feedback and help your colleagues to develop further. You ensure safety, order and cleanliness in the warehouse. You also work with your fellow team leaders to improve processes within the returns department. You are continuously coordinating, monitoring and adjusting so that the logistics work is carried out on time and work procedures and safety regulations are complied with. You also prepare reports and keep track of your team's time registration. All this to ensure that fonQ customers receive optimal service.

• MBO/HBO working and thinking level
• Several years of work experience in a similar position
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work in shifts
• Good physical condition
• A flexible attitude and the ability to apply different communication styles to different people
• Healthy dose of humor and sense of urgency
• Competencies that you bring with you: flexibility, quality focus, coaching employees, progress control and collaboration.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
• Good command of the Dutch and English language
